Packing Scale Machine: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's packing scale running in real operation, so you can see how it weighs and bags your finished product before you order.

The packing scale is an automatic quantifying, weighing and packaging device, delivering consistent accuracy and increased efficiency for bulk materials such as sunflower seeds, grains and beans.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Weighing: Material is fed from the inlet into the weighing box of the machine.
2. Discharge: When the weight reaches the preset amount, the inlet closes automatically.
3. Bagging: Once the control system receives the signal that the bag is ready, material discharges from the outlet into the bag.
4. Sewing: When the bag is full, the control system opens a pneumatic valve, transports the bag by conveyor, and brings it to the sewing machine for sewing.

- Weighing range of 10-50 kg
- Weighing speed of 360-500 bags per hour
