PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Pumpkin Seeds Shelling Machine is a unit of efficient equipment for shelling pumpkin seeds, removing shells, and separating kernels. It consists of a screw conveyor, a systematic sheller, and a vibration separator assembly. The production process starts with the feeding of graded and soaked seeds into the dehuller, where the seeds are crushed by the high-speed rotating fan blades. And then the mixture of kernels, seeds and hulls separated by the first layer of vibration sieve to different outlet, hulls removing by the cyclone, and broken kernels remove to the outlet, the kernels and unshelled seeds which are after the first time shelling fall into the second layer and continue to select, the finished kernels go to the outlet, unshelled seeds back to the dehuller to recycle dehulling by conveyor. The equipment can be used with the automatic production line, increasing the production capacity and effectively reducing the production cost.
