PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The KTF3-1500 Sunflower Seeds Dehuller is an ideal product for use in medium or small-scale production plants. The highest perfect kernel rate and sufficient capacity of sunflower seeds are ensured by professional bucket lift, systematic shelling procedures, and well-constructed separating sieves assembly. The production process begins when raw materials are fed into the centre of dehullers by a bucket elevator. The seeds are then accelerated outward and collide with the static wall, where the hull is cracked. The mixture of kernels, husks, and unshelled product is discharged to a suspended separator for specifically separating the husks, partially dehulled seeds, some unshelled seeds, and dehulled kernels. At this stage, a cyclone removes hulls and dust by means of aspiration, followed by total separation of hulled kernels and unshelled seeds with three units of inclined vibrating screens one after another. The unshelled seeds will be returned to the dehullers for re-hulling again. After passing through all of the stages, the finished product is ready and is deposited in the hopper. The product fits into a distribution cabinet that can effectively control and adjust the equipment at run time.
