Gravity De-Stoner: Industrial-Grade Grain Impurity Removal Solution

1.Precision Separation via Scientific Design

The ISORT YM Gravity De-Stoner uses material-specific gravity and airflow to remove impurities precisely. Its tilting, reciprocating screen moves high-density contaminants (such as stones, metals and glass) to the stone outlet, which is less affected by airflow. Meanwhile, lighter materials are suspended by the airflow to the product outlet, stopping tiny impurities and protecting downstream equipment.

2.Versatile Adjustment & Strong Throughput

The adjustable vibration and airflow settings are suitable for seeds, beans, wheat and spices. The targeted throughput is 2000–4000 kg/h for sunflower seeds and small-batch use, 3000–5000 kg/h for beans and 4000–6000 kg/h for wheat and large-scale processing. This meets diverse needs without compromising on separation accuracy.
