Grain Grade Cleaner: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's grain grade cleaner running in real operation, so you can see how it sizes and cleans your crop before you order.

The grain grade cleaner is mainly used for sizing different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts and beans. It has two common placements in a production line: installed after the color sorting machine for a final quality check, or before the seed shelling machine for pre-cleaning.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Material enters the sieving deck, which has multiple layers.
2. Grading: Dual vibrating motors and rubber shock absorbers vibrate the material along the deck, so it sorts into different levels by size.
3. Removal: Oversized and undersized impurities are separated out and removed.
4. Output: Finished, graded material exits through its own outlet, ready for the next stage of the line.
