Double-Layer Grader: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's double-layer grader running in real operation, so you can see how it sizes your seeds and kernels before you order.

The double-layer grader is independently developed by ISORT YM and is mainly used for sizing different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts and beans. It fits two spots in a production line: separating material before seeds go to shelling, or cleaning finished product after color sorting for a final quality check.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Products are fed into the sorting chamber from the inlet.
2. Screening: The screening process is driven by an eccentric system, so material is thrown and separated across the sieve layers.
3. Self-cleaning: Rubber balls sit under the screen and keep the holes from clogging, which keeps the machine running efficiently.
4. Output: Six screens work together to produce three sized products from a single pass.
