This video shows ISORT YM's 5QF-1300A broken kernel screen running in real operation, so you can see how it improves kernel quality before you order.

The 5QF-1300A is mainly used for processing sunflower seed and kernel, pumpkin seed and kernel, and other finished materials at the front end of a production line. It removes broken materials generated upstream so the final product has a higher complete kernel rate and higher product value.

1. Feeding: Material enters the double-layer screen, made up of a trapezoidal screen and a fish scale screen.
2. Screening: Dual vibration motors provide a consistent and adjustable vibration force, separating broken material from whole kernels.
