The TQSX-175 is an upgraded grain de-stoner. It uses a hi-tech differential pressure gauge to control the air volume and the pressure inside the screen body more accurately, which improves the selection effect and raises output.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Material enters the negative pressure screen body through the feeding port.
2. Separation: Materials of different specific gravity are screened out by the combined action of the inclined vibrating fish scale screen and the wind force.
3. Stone removal: Heavier impurities such as stones, clods, glass and metal are separated from the crop, which protects downstream equipment and extends its service life.
4. Adjustment: The inclination of the screen body and the air volume can be adjusted to suit seeds, kernels, beans and other materials.
