This video shows ISORT YM's seed magnetic separator running in real operation, so you can see how the machine picks out defective seeds before you order.

The seed magnetic separator is designed for precision separation of defective materials in shelled crops, including worm-damaged seeds and cracked shells from products such as sunflower seeds and peanuts.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Mixing: Raw materials and magnetic powder are evenly mixed together in a mixing barrel, so the powder fully penetrates the defective particles.
2. Screening: The mixture goes through separated screening discharge.
3. Repeating the cycle: The mixing and screening process repeats, gradually separating the complete materials from the defective materials.
4. Finished output: Clean, complete materials exit separately from the worm-holed, cracked and moldy materials that have been picked out.
