Gravity Separator Machines: Draw Type & Blow Type in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows two of ISORT YM's gravity separators running in real operation: the Draw Type Gravity Separator and the 5XZ Blow Type Gravity Separator. Watching both together helps you compare how each one works and choose the right machine for your material.

Both machines sort by specific gravity. Air movement and vibration make heavier material sink and lighter material drift upward, and each grade leaves through its own outlet.

Draw Type Gravity Separator
- Uses negative pressure to fluidize granular material, then separates it by weight.
- Wind pressure and the eccentric shaft can be adjusted to classify materials of different proportions.
- Suits materials that look the same but differ slightly in specific gravity, such as beans, seeds, nuts and some dried flowers.
- Removes straw, branches, stones and imperfect seeds or grains through the finished outlets and a separate stone outlet.
- Helps you reach the thousand seed weight (TSW) and uniformity you need.
- Works with a pulse jet bag filter dust collector connected by axial flow fans.

Blow Type Gravity Separator (5XZ series)
- A positive pressure machine developed by ISORT YM, with an optimized structure and higher capacity than the earlier model.
- Removes shrivelled seeds, empty seeds, moth-eaten grains, immature grains and other impurities.
- Suits wheat, corn, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, all kinds of beans and various oil crops.
- Uses frequency converter control to adjust wind pressure, amplitude and other parameters.

Key performance shown in the video:
- Draw type: 2000-2500 kg/h for sunflower seeds, selecting rate of 99%, power of 13.5 kW
- Blow type 5XZ-1450B: 2300-2800 kg/h for sunflower seeds and 5000 kg/h for beans, power of 10.8 kW
- Blow type 5XZ-1480B: 4000 kg/h for sunflower seeds and 8000 kg/h for beans, power of 14.11 kW
- Selecting rate of 99% on both machine types
- All models run at 380 V
