Gravity De-Stoner Machine: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's gravity de-stoner running in real operation, so you can see how the machine removes heavy impurities from your crop before you order.

The gravity de-stoner works on the difference between the specific gravity of the material and the airflow. It separates stones, metals, glass and other high-density impurities from grain efficiently.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Material enters through the materials inlet onto the gravity platform.
2. Separation: The tilting and reciprocating motion of the screen carries the stones to the stone outlet, because their high specific gravity means the air stream affects them less.
3. Suspension: The finished material is lighter than the impurities, so the air stream suspends it and carries it toward the finished product outlet.
4. Adjustment: Vibration frequency and air volume can be adjusted to suit different materials such as seeds, beans, wheat and spices.
5. Dust control: The dust cover protects the working environment and the service life of downstream equipment in the line.
