Grain Polisher Machine: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's grain polisher running in real operation, so you can see how the machine cleans and shines your seeds and beans before you order.

The grain polisher is used to polish pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and other beans. It removes dust, moldy spots and surface soil, so the finished product looks clean, shiny, smooth and dust-free, which helps it sell at a higher price.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Material enters the polisher and is carried forward by the rotating screw shaft.
2. Polishing: Polishing brushes clean the surface while the seeds move against each other and rub together in a fluidized process.
3. Dust and cuticle collection: An optional dust chamber can be added to collect cuticle and other impurities during production.
4. Output: Clean, polished material leaves the machine ready for the next stage of the line.
