Grain Impurity Screen: Watch It in Action | ISORT YM

This video shows ISORT YM's grain impurity screen running in real operation, so you can see how it cleans your crop before you order.

The grain impurity screen is used for cleaning the impurities out of materials such as seeds, wheat, nuts and corn.

What you'll see in the video:

1. Feeding: Raw materials are fed into the machine by an elevator.
2. Dust removal: Light impurities and dust are sucked out through a double direction gravity catcher.
3. First layer separation: The first layer of the sieve separates coarse impurities, such as large pieces of wood, strings and straw, that are larger than the grain.
4. Second layer separation: The second layer separates fine impurities, such as sand and broken grains, that are smaller than the grain.
5. Self-cleaning: Rubber balls inside the screen keep it clear during operation.

Key performance shown in the video (YFS-150 model):
- Capacity of 2000-4000 kg/h for sunflower seeds
- Three sieve layers
- Power of 1.5 kW at 380 V
- Can connect to a cyclone dust collector or a pulse-jet bag filter dust collector to protect the working environment

The grain impurity screen is widely used across agricultural product processing and can be applied on an assembly line for automatic operation.
