This custom-built sunflower seed dehulling line was designed for a Russian agricultural enterprise. It is tailored to the region’s high-oil sunflower varieties and optimised for reasonable operation in cold workshops (-20°C).

The streamlined process of the line supports its capacity of 4 tonnes per hour while ensuring quality：

• Precision Dehulling: Uses controlled impact to crack hullsby KTF5-3000 Sunflower Seeds Dehulling Machine without damaging kernels, 5XF-2000 Air-Screen Cleaner separate seeds according to different size of seeds.
• Efficient separation: 5XZ-1480B Blow Type Gravity Separatorsplit kernels, hulls and unhulled seeds. Cyclone dust collectors expel hulls and impurities. Broken Kernel Screen finalise the separation process.

• Capacity: Steady 4 tons/h (4000kg/h) – fully matches the client’s daily 40-ton processing target for sunflower oil production;
• Kernel quality: ≥98% intact kernels and ≤2% kernels left in hulls (a 16% improvement on their old dehulling equipment).
